Robyn is a Registered Teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance (RTS) who completed her Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies under the mentorship of NXT Artistic Director, Morgan Guigue. Robyn also holds her associate teaching license with the British Association of Teachers of Dancing (BATD) in ballet and jazz. She is an Acrobatic Arts certified module 1 instructor, and personal trainer (PTS) and group fit (FIS) specialist with CanFitPro who has multiple professional development credits in categories such as nutrition, mobility and fitness for youth.
Robyn has over 10 years of teaching experience and also has much experience preparing dancers for RAD ballet exams, dance competitions and the esteemed Youth America Grand Prix ballet competition. She also has experience training professional ice skaters in classical ballet, musicality and conditioning.
Robyn strives to build healthy and positive attitudes around fitness in dancers. When she is not at the studio, she is studying in the Registered Massage Therapy program at Algonquin College and is set to graduate in December 2024.
Robyn loves being a part of the positivity and inclusiveness that NXT has to offer and strives to contribute to it's knowledgeable and nurturing environment.

Sarah began dancing in Ottawa, Ontario at the age of 3. She has extensively trained in multiple disciplines including Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, Tap, Musical Theatre and Hip Hop. She has been privileged to work with renowned instructors and choreographers, which in turn has made her the versatile instructor she is proud to be today. Sarah was on faculty at Algonquin College in the Performing Arts Program from 2014-2020, as well as a seasoned guest instructor for the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board from 2012-2019. When not at the studio, Sarah is a dedicated Public Servant as a Senior Policy Analyst at the Public Health Agency of Canada. Sarah's motivating approach to teaching has enabled her students to find their true confidence and achieve ambitious goals. She is immensely proud of the rarity and inclusiveness at Nxt Generation Dance and all the School has to offer for young and aspiring dancers and artists. She considers herself to be incredibly lucky to be a part of such a loving and achieving dance family!
Grace grew up in Ottawa as a competitive dancer, training in many disciplines (RAD and ADAPT) and continued to train and compete for four years as part of the Nipissing University Competitive Dance Team in North Bay. Grace began teaching at the age of 15 and has taught and choreographed in the Ottawa and North Bay areas for over ten years
Grace grew up in Ottawa as a competitive dancer, training in many disciplines (RAD and ADAPT) and continued to train and compete for four years as part of the Nipissing University Competitive Dance Team in North Bay. Grace began teaching at the age of 15 and has taught and choreographed in the Ottawa and North Bay areas for over ten years. She is also a 200 hour certified yoga teacher, a barre instructor and proudly teaches middle and high school Dance professionally. Grace is known for her positivity, enthusiasm and attention to detail in her teaching.

Ryleigh began dancing at 3 years old and started competitive dance training when she was 11 years old. She has trained in ballet, modern, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hiphop, and tap and graduated with honours from the Canterbury High School Dance Program where she received her arts certificate. Ryleigh has completed the Associate level in both Ballet & Jazz with the British Association of Teachers of Dancing (BATD) and has many years of experience training and teaching under the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) as well. She received her B.A. in Psychology from Carleton University in 2018 where her commitment to dance, combined with studies in child development, has brought her to develop age-based programs at dance studios throughout the city. Ryleigh has been teaching and choreographing for over 11 years, and she sees her work as an opportunity to create meaningful connections with young dancers, acknowledging that a safe space is essential in nurturing dancers to grow to their full potential.

Avery began dancing at the age of 3 and is trained in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Contemporary, Lyrical, and Hip Hop. She is a proud graduate of NXT Generation Dance. Avery has worked with countless master teachers, and choreographers throughout her dance journey and has been mentored by Morgan Guigue (Owner & Director) to further her teaching career. Avery completed her Royal Academy of Dance ballet examinations up to the advanced level. She danced on the University of Ottawa competitive dance team from 2020-2022. While on the team, Avery had a leadership role from 2021 - 2022. When she is not teaching at NXT, Avery is at Algonquin College studying become a nurse. Avery is a passionate and caring instructor and is extremely proud to be a part of the NXT team.

Madysen grew up in Ottawa as a competitive dancer where she trained in a multitude of styles and achieved the highest level of training in the ADAPT tap, jazz, and RAD ballet examinations. She is an honours graduate from the Canterbury High School Dance Program, where she received her arts certificate. She is a certified teacher with the Associated Dance Arts for Professional Teachers (ADAPT) syllabus and has been teaching diverse groups of students since she graduated in 2020. She strives to nurture a safe space in her classes where students can grow and realize their potential. When she is not at the studio, Madysen is studying Neuroscience and Mental Health at Carleton University. Her studies and her work at the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre give her a unique perspective into youth mental health and wellness, which she brings into her teaching. She is excited to be part of the inspiring and dedicated NXT dance family, and strongly believes in what the studio has to offer to young dancers!
