Morgan Guigue is a fully qualified teacher and an honours graduate of Canada’s National Ballet School. Morgan holds her RTS teaching qualification with the Royal Academy of Dance (Registered Teacher Status), and is also a registered teaching mentor with the Academy. In addition to ballet, Morgan has extensive training in jazz, lyrical, contemporary and tap, and is an Acrobatic Arts certified teacher. She has much experience in coaching and preparing students for exams, competitions, auditions for highly accredited schools, and the esteemed Youth America Grand Prix ballet competition. 

Morgan strives to produce highly skilled athletes. Her expertise in the dance industry empowers her with the ability to provide her dancers with a wealth of knowledge and tools that are needed to reach their full potential in dance and beyond. 

While living in Toronto from 2011-2016, Morgan worked at several elite dance schools in the Toronto and Greater Toronto Area including the Professional Ballet Program at Canada’s National Ballet School. Morgan is continuously recruited to teach workshops in Canada & the United States with the specific purpose of refining technique and sparking an appreciation for dance in young artists. She is also an extremely sought after private technique coach. 

Many of Morgan’s students have gone on to win highest scoring adjudication at competitions, win titles, scholarships, and acceptance into highly accredited dance programs. As a dancer herself Morgan has had the opportunity to dance in the Boston Ballet School, as well as partner with dancers of the National Ballet of Canada, Les Grands Ballets, and the Paris Opera Ballet Company. 

Morgan is a motivational and enthusiastic dance mentor to many with an eye for detail. She thrives on inspiring and igniting a love for dance in her students. Her focus on training athletic artists plays a huge part in who she is as a mentor & director and what she is able to bring out in her students. NXT Generation Dance is her home and her greatest passion in life, and it is evident in everything she does.
