Studio Policies

Accepted payment methods are:

• E-transfer to info@nxtgendance.ca 

• Credit card through your online account (Please note: There is a 2% surcharge associated with all credit card payments)

• Classes cancelled due to unexpected weather conditions will not be rescheduled outside of class time
• Make-up class options in another style of dance will be offered if a teacher is unexpectedly ill and a suitable substitute is not found in time
• Participants will not be permitted to attend class until term payment has been received

Recital:

• We assume all dancers registered in our recreational program in term 2 will participate in the year end recital unless we are notified otherwise before December 1st 2024.
• There is a $65 costume deposit fee associated with each recital routine which will be charged with term 2 tuition unless we are otherwise notified that you will not be participating in recital as mentioned above. The costume balance will be charged on May 1st. Please note that we make every effort to keep costume fees around $80-90 and that most creative & pre-dance costumes will be less.

• $25.00 registration fee is non-refundable
• All costume fees are non-refundable once costumes have been ordered
• A full refund will be issued if cancellation is made before the first day of classes in a term
• A refund of 50% will be issued if cancellation is made before the first two weeks into a term
• No refund will be issued after two weeks into a term
• Absences due to illness will not be refunded 

Late fees:

A late fee of $20.00 is applied to any late payment due to NXT beginning one week after the posted due date and for each additional month thereafter, until the payment is made.
